A propositura concede o T\u00edtulo de Cidad\u00e3o Cotiano ao senhor Hidelbrando Correia de Sousa. Mais conhecido como Will, o homenageado nasceu no interior da Bahia mas escolheu Cotia como lar definitivo ap\u00f3s seu casamento, em 1988.
